LBS Audio is a professional multilingual audio interpretation and broadcasting control room software that enables:

• Running multiple simultaneous events with unlimited language channels
• Managing interpreters and listeners in real-time
• Ultra-low latency audio delivery on local networks
• QR code-based and secure link access for listeners
• Recording and analytics for events
• Real-time monitoring and statistics

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Types

We offer different account types including operators, interpreters, and administrators. Each account type has specific permissions and limitations as defined by your subscription plan.

4. Licensing and Subscriptions

4.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and install the LBS Audio desktop application
• Use the Service for your internal business purposes
• Access features according to your subscription plan

4.2 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription options including:

• Trial Plans: Free trial period with limited features and duration
• Rental Plans: Pay-per-day flexible licensing
• One-Time Plans: Lifetime purchase options

Plan limits may include restrictions on maximum sources, events, locations, languages, users, and interpreters as specified in your chosen plan.

4.3 License Activation

Each license key is valid for a single installation unless otherwise specified. License keys must not be shared, redistributed, or used on multiple devices simultaneously beyond the permitted limit.

5. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are charged according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

5.3 Refunds

8.1 Event Data

Event recordings, analytics, and viewer statistics are stored according to your plan specifications. You are responsible for informing your event participants about any recording taking place.

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LBS SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LBS Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LBS Solutions is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
